These terms are an agreement between you and GetSteadyhome, a company based in Estonia (“we”, “us”). We sell and support the Teen Handoff System.

You can reach us at support@getsteadyhome.store. You must be 18 or over to buy.

The Teen Handoff System is a set of six digital PDFs: a 30-day guide, a home agreement, a weekly fridge dashboard, a fair share calculator, a script deck and a guide for teens with ADHD or anxiety.

It is a digital product, so nothing is shipped. After your payment succeeds, we email you a login to the materials. You can use them for as long as we offer the product, unless we say otherwise.

The price is shown in US dollars at checkout. It is a single payment, not a subscription.

Taxes such as VAT may be added depending on where you live, and the total is shown before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and you agree to give accurate billing details.

Use the dashboard for 30 days. If your teen handles fewer than three daily tasks without reminders, email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Our refund policy page explains the steps.

We do not refund after those 30 days, except where the law requires it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including any right you have by law to cancel a distance purchase.

All content is protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product and to print copies for your own household.

You may not copy, resell, share, upload or publish the materials or your login. Sharing your login can end your access without a refund.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, share your login, or make fraudulent claims, including chargebacks made in bad faith.

If you have a problem with a payment or with access, please contact us first so we can put it right.

The product offers practical, everyday parenting guidance. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice and does not replace a professional.

Results depend on your family and your effort, and we cannot promise a particular outcome beyond the refund guarantee above. If your teen is in crisis or you feel unsafe, contact your local emergency number or find a local helpline at findahelpline.com.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that arises from your use of the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it fairly before either of us goes further.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes.

Updates do not affect orders you have already placed.
