The guarantee is simple: use the dashboard for 30 days, and if your teen is not handling at least three daily tasks without reminders, we refund you in full.

Anyone who bought the product directly from GetSteadyhome can claim, within 30 days of the purchase date.

To qualify, use the dashboard for those 30 days. If your teen then handles fewer than three daily tasks without reminders, you are covered.

To ask for a refund:

• Email us within 30 days of your purchase

• Write from the email address you ordered with

• Say that you would like to use the guarantee

• Add your order date if you have it

• That is all we need from you

We confirm your request by email and start your refund as soon as we can.

If we cannot find your order, we may ask a quick question to locate it. We will not ask you to justify your decision.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in.

How long your bank or card provider takes to show the money depends on them.

Once a refund is made, your login is closed and we ask that you stop using the materials and delete any digital copies.

After the 30 days we do not offer refunds, because you have had full access to the materials.

This does not affect any rights you have by law.

If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights that apply whatever this page says, for example if a product is faulty or not as described.

Nothing on this page limits those rights.

If a file will not open or you cannot log in, please email us first. We will fix the problem or send you a working copy, and the 30-day guarantee still applies.

Please contact us before asking your bank for a chargeback, because we can usually refund you faster.
