GetSteadyhome, a company based in Estonia, runs this website and sells the Teen Handoff System, a set of downloadable guides and printable tools. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What you give us: your name, your email address and anything you write when you contact us.

Purchase information: what you bought and when, plus the billing details needed for tax records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and we never store them in full.

Technical information: your device, browser, IP address and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

This site is for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use your information to:

• Deliver the product and login you ordered

• Process payments, refunds and tax records

• Reply to your messages

• Send marketing emails only if you opt in

• Measure and improve how the site and our ads work

Our legal bases are contract (to deliver what you bought), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), legitimate interests (security, support and improving the site) and your consent (marketing emails and advertising cookies).

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and clicking it stops marketing emails straight away.

We may still send messages about a purchase, such as receipts and access details.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. They use your payment details only to complete the transaction and to meet their own legal obligations.

We do not store your full card details.

Essential cookies keep the site and checkout working. Analytics cookies show us which pages are useful.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and to show them to people who are likely to be interested. It sends information such as the pages you view, your device and your IP address to Meta. Where the law requires your consent, we ask before loading it, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may then not work as expected.

We share information only with services that help us run the business: Systeme.io for our website, checkout and email, payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and Meta for measuring our advertising. We never sell your personal information.

Some of these services process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as accounting and tax law requires. We keep other personal data until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can also object to how it is used, ask for a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@getsteadyhome.store and we will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

When we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes too.

We will also tell you by email about any significant changes.
